Yesterday was a sweet day indeed.
I was lucky enough to have breakfast with Jennifer James, blog royalty from the states!
It’s an understatement to say I was a bit nervous at first, feeling like a teenager about to break bread with Justin Bieber.
I needn’t have worried Jennifer was of course nicer than nice!
Jennifer is the founder of Mom Bloggers Club and Mom Blog Magazine (where I’m featured HERE. Thank you !!)
I came away supercharged, inspired and with some excellent advise like “posting once a week is OK if your blog is your hobby, if you want to take it to the next level posting 3-5 times a week is a must” and “don’t neglect your blog once you start to get other offers”.
The rest of the day was equally sweet, me and the boys indulged in Ella’s amazingly moist cupcakes.
But that was not the end of our Terrific Thursday, as we turned a corner a real surprise! A piece of Paris had landed slap bang in the middle of Covent Garden.
If you are not familiar with Laduree’s mini macaroons you are missing out on one of life’s guilty pleasures. We shared a box of jewel coloured beauties, rose, violet, liquorice, chocolate and salty caramel whilst watching mime artists, jugglers and sword swollowers.
