I will email you a detailed questionnaire and a 3 day Food Diary to fill in before your Skype session. This information is strictly confidential and won’t be shared with anyone.
I will take an in-depth look at your health concerns and explore your health history. We will also discuss the answers to your questionnaire and suggest changes to your diet and lifestyle.
At the end of the consultation we will discuss achievable food and supplement recommendations and the plan going forward.
After the consultation I will email you the personalised nutrition plan which is advised to be followed until your next appointment.
I offer email support up to a month after your consultation.
These are normally held 4 weeks after the initial consultation in order to assess your progress, answer questions and to make necessary changes to the program.
