Nutrition Consultations

Do you suffer from digestive issues, skin problems, weight gain or fatigue? Do you feel tired all the time, have you got food intolerances or suffer from PMS?

It’s time to ditch the “one size fits all” diets!

Just choosing heathy foods is not enough. Your eating plan needs to be tailored to fit your specific health needs and your lifestyle. A healthy gut and balanced nutrition are essential for vibrant health!

I offer private nutrition consultations on Skype or Viber.

Initial Nutrition Consultation

Duration: 90 minutes

Cost: £110

I will email you a detailed questionnaire and a 3 day Food Diary to fill in before your Skype session. This information is strictly confidential and won’t be shared with anyone.

I will take an in-depth look at your health concerns and explore your health history. We will also discuss the answers to your questionnaire and suggest changes to your diet and lifestyle.

At the end of the consultation we will discuss achievable food and supplement recommendations and the plan going forward.

After the consultation I will email you the personalised nutrition plan which is advised to be followed until your next appointment.

I offer email support up to a month after your consultation.

Follow-Up Nutrition Consultation

Duration:35-45 minutes

Cost: £60

These are normally held 4 weeks after the initial consultation in order to assess your progress, answer questions and to make necessary changes to the program.
