Hello Monday! Time to re-set and start afresh. But first a quick glance of what happened last week.
I found myself close to Covent Garden just before lunch-time on Monday and I was starving and thirsty.I popped into vegan chain By Chloe. You might remember I went a couple of months back and left feeling a bit unimpressed. I wanted to give them a second chance and ordered vegan Fish & Chips with mushy peas and a kombucha drink. The kombucha was GORGEOUS the fish and chips looked fantastic but was rather bland unfortunatly.
The salad-bar at newly opened Lebanese and Middle Eastern Foodhall Green Valley on Kensington High Street is so much more interesting! I’m salivating as I’m thinking about all the mouth watering green choices! I normally pick and mix tabbouleh, broad bean dip, fattoush, artichoke salad and baba ghanoush. Yum. They also have a juice bar, butcher, patisserie, and a roastery. Green Valley is not new it was established 1986, but it is new to my area in Kensington and I could not be happier about that!
I’m so tired in the mornings. School run and late nights have caught up with me, so I felt the need to get a concealer for under the eyes.. “Un” cover-up from RMS . Clean and green and easy to apply.
I had a positivity salad with kale and artichoke hearts with a harissa dressing from Yeotown I Marylebone. So good! Followed by a quick mediation in an egg downstairs.
Beyond Bread is the bakery for gluten-free breads in London! Simply the BEST!
I recorded a video of how to make these damn delicious Zucchini Fritters. Should be on YouTube tomorrow.
Lunch on Saturday with the boys was gluten-free pizzas from Zia Lucia. Can you spot which one was mine? 🙂
