Chocolate Breakfast Smoothie

Hi everyone!
This healthy chocolate breakfast smoothie is the perfect vehicle for hiding the oh so healthy celery stick for non suspecting kids (or partners).
If my boys even suspected a crunchy tall celery stick was even close to their person they would run away a mile!
I understand I was well over twenty before I even tried one.
But they come with so many crazy health benefits that I’m so on a mission to get them to drink/eat them, I’ll do whatever it takes.
This chocolate and oat concoction is so yummy that a antioxidant filled celery stick will not be detected!

Healthy Chocolate Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients:

– 1/2 cup oats

– 1 1/2 cup coconut water

– 1 frozen banana

– 2 dates

– 1 celery stick

– 1 tablespoon raw chocolate powder

– 1 teaspoon lucuma powder

– chia seeds
