Jam: Raspberry and Rose, Blueberry and Ginger

In my house we have our pancakes with home made, clean and lean jam, upgraded with super nutritious chia seeds for an extra health boost!
The blueberry jam is flavoured with anti inflammatory fresh ginger and the raspberry is flavoured with relaxing gorgeous rose.
They are so incredible easy to do: defrost your organic berries, mash them up add the flavouring and the chia seeds and hey presto you got the most beautiful jam!

Raspberry and Rose Jam
Ingredients:

– 300 g frozen raspberries

– 1/2 tablespoon rose water

– 2 tablespoons maple syrup

– 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Blueberry and Ginger Jam
Ingredients

– 300g frozen blueberries

– fresh ginger 1/2 – 1 teaspoon

– 2 tablespoons maple syrup

– 2 tablespoons chia seeds
