As I did the school run this morning some beautiful red and orange leaves dropped down on my head reminding me that even though it’s warm and a long time until I have to get out the cashmere, autumn is here.
I have to say I love it!
Autumn in London is gentle and gorgeous, and soon it’s Halloween which is so much fun in my neighbourhood!
This weeks recipe is a chocolate smoothie bowl full of goodness and beautifying avocado and acai powder.
Great as a filling breakfast or healthy pudding.
It’s also perfect for hiding avocado from picky eaters!

Raw Choco Smoothie Bowl
– 1 avocado
– 1 cup homemade coconut milk
– 1 frozen banana
– 4 teaspoons raw powdered cacao
– 3 teaspoons acai powder
– 5 ice cubes
– topping: cacao nibs, raspberries, dessicated coconut
