This raw vegan super dressing is really great for jazzing-up any un-loved vegetable that’s been lurking in your fridge a bit to long.
My kids are also quite fond of it and this is how I get them to eat salad leaves when I don’t hide them in their morning smoothie.
I’m dreaming of the day they will chant “more green leaves!” and less “more pizza!”
I constantly talk to them about nutrition in hope that when they are off in the world in a few years time, they have some knowledge of what to eat to feel good! Even though they of course will live off coca-cola and candy for the first 6 month at uni…Thankfully this is many years in the future!
My little one is 8 today!
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar
– 1 tablespoon tamari
