Acai and Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Starting the day with a yummy smoothie bowl is very satisfying especially in the summer as it’s so smooth and cooling and full of health boosting nutrients.
(the more good nutrients your body get’s the more you are protected against the sun-rays).
This is a perfect breakfast for kids I have yet to meet a child who turns up it’s nose to a nicely decorated smoothie bowl 🙂
Acai berries and blueberries go really well together and you end up with a concoction that is jam-packed with antioxidants!
You only need 4 ingredients (frozen banana, acai powder, blueberries and coconut or another nut milk) the rest is just for decoration and you can use whatever you want, nuts, seeds, goji berries, coconut yoghurt, fruit or berries.

Ingredients:

– 3 tablespoons acai powder

– 1 frozen banana

– 1 cup home made coconut milk

– 1 cup frozen blueberries

– For decorations: banana, raspberries, coconut
