There’s nothing better than to start the day with something super delicious and filling that is also hugely healthy!
My morning are always frantic with trying to get the kids ready for school and this bircher works really well for time-strapped mornings, as I just mix it all together the night before, put it in the fridge and dish out in the morning.
(Bish bash bosh! And it gives me time to shower/brush my hair, yay!)
This bircher is nut-free as one of my kids, together with so many others nowadays, are allergic to certain nuts, and because I use sunflower seeds it’s still crunchy and lovely.

Nut-Free Overnight Strawberry Bircher
– 1 cup gluten free oats
– 1 cup coconut milk recipe for home-made coconut milk HERE
-1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
– 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
– 50g strawberries
– 1 tablespoon chia seeds
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
