Raw Breakfast – Porridge with Chia, Carob and Banana

This porridge is deliciously creamy and caramelly!
It’s so the right way to open the day with all that chia seeds bursting with helpful fiber and top notch plant based omega 3.
Nothing can stop you with this power porridge as fuel 🙂

Serves 1

Ingredients:

– 2 tablespoons chia seeds

– 1/2 cup of nut milk or coconut milk

– 2 dates

– 2 tablespoons of water

– 1/2 banana

– 1 teaspoon carob powder

–  optional: banana, berries and mint leaves for decorations
