I popped into Whole Foods for more Tulsi Tea, but came out with a lot more…..
(Angus Cactus for hormone balance in general and PMS in particular, Mandarin toothpaste without fluoride for the kids, small salt deo for gym, yummy Calcium tablets also for kids, dry Pinto Beans to soak and cook over the weekend, pink grapefruit for its lycopene, raw cacao for Iron, Quinoa for protein, dry mango as snacks for kids, weird cola flavoured raisin (Yes really!) also for kids but I have already eaten a bag, kefir for hubby, raw coconut oil for frying and my favorite tea (Tulsi Tea) super yummy with a smidgen of stevia!)
