Egg White Omelette

Many years ago we filmed a documentary in LA and I stayed with a friend of mine who is also a personal trainer to the stars.
He was aghast at my carb intake and in an effort to curb my enthusiasm for grains he very sweetly made me an egg white omelette every morning.
I did continue this praxis when I came back to London, but I always felt a bit ambivalent about wasting all the yolks.
But with Two Chicks liquid egg whites I don’t have to feel bad any more, their yolks are are passed on to other manufacturers, and are used to make cakes or mayonnaise.
