I’m not feeling a 100% at the moment. I’m not sick, but something’s lingering and I’m tired, listless and very hungry for rubbish like white bread and chocolate.
I’m of course very aware I should not eat any of that, but instead feast on vegetable soups and broths …and also that I should drink loads of water, but I with this cold I have a complete aversion to water.
Thankfully there are a lot of not to bad drinks around at the moment, like the above Kombucha tea, that will hopefully stimulate my immune system!
