We’re half way through the holidays, 4 more weeks to go.
I love that I don’t have to stress around getting the kids ready in the morning, instead I sneak off to the gym and then have a coffee by myself on the roof terrace at the gym or in a nice café somewhere. Utter bliss!
One thing I don’t like very much is having to cook both lunch and dinner every day. Yawn!
My chef friend Annabelle has the best ever solution to this, she fills her freezer with amazing home cooked meals like Heston Blumenthal’s Spagbol (takes 10 hours to cook!) and my favorite Shepherds Pie and her lucky neighbours can just pop in, put money in an honesty box and leave with a delicious meal.
I’m very jealous of her neighbours in Hampshire
Oh yes, she keeps happy chickens aswell!
