This is the first proper cake I have ever made in my whole life.
It’s not bad, if I may say it myself, but then the recipe was surprisingly easy, I found it HERE.
It was hubby’s birthday and he begged me not to make a vegan cake or one with stevia instead of sugar, as if . He wanted a full-blown sugary, chocolaty, creamy cake, and that’s what he got.
500g of chocolate, 400g of sugar 200g of butter and buttermilk!
It’s beyond good and oh so simple to make.
The ingredient list might sound a bit like a heart attack in waiting, but it’s a hell of a lot healthier than those horrible cakes laden with nasty preservatives that you find in supermarkets.
