I’m completely obsessed by Co-Yo yoghurt!
It’s basically yoghurt made with coconut milk instead of cows milk.
I have tried mixed berries and natural and both are incredibly good.
One of my boys is lactose intolerant and I’m not keen on giving them soya milk products, so I’m always on the lookout for alternatives. This one is so good I would rather not share…
It was brought to these shores by nutritionist Bethany Eaton, she came across this delicious pudding in Australia and decided to start production in East Sussex.
